There are few method and tools that use to create an Ubuntu boot drive. However I face some problem when i tried to boot the usb in bios with other method but this one works just fine for me.
To run Ubuntu from a USB stick, the first thing you need to do is insert a USB stick with at least 2GB of free space into your PC.
The easiest way to put Ubuntu onto your stick is to use the USB ithisnstaller provided at pendrivelinux.com. You’ll need to download and install and follow the instructions.

In Order to boot from usb, we have to go into bios, disable "Secure boot", and choose "Legacy First" instead of "UEFI First" for the usb boot. Restart and you should be able to boot your usb.
After I went through all the installation step I still can't boot into the SSD, where my Ubuntu has been installed in. My guess is that somethings went wrong with the boot loader part.
I then went through the installation all over again, try to find the options related to boot loader. Eventually I have to choose "Somethings else" in the Drive allocate step because it is the only way i could choose which device I want my boot loader to be installed.
Besides, a device should be choose to be the mount point, all device that "format" have not yet been defined should be given a format too.
In here I choose "Ext4" for all those devices.
Finish the installation, and then you should be able to boot into Ubuntu.
